Yes, customisation options are available for selected items. Please contact us on WhatsApp with your required measurements and customisation details. Additional customisation charges may apply depending on the changes required. Our team will guide you further on WhatsApp.
Q. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available? Are there any additional charges?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across the UAE. There are no additional charges for COD. In selected locations, card payment at the time of delivery may also be available.
Q. How can I initiate an exchange request with Closet Secrets?
Closet Secrets does not offer refunds or returns. We only offer exchange options in selected cases. For exchange assistance, please contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram. We always try our best to display products exactly as they appear in real life, including design, colour, and fitting details.
If you need size guidance before placing an order, our team will gladly assist you on WhatsApp to help you choose the correct size.
Q. Do you offer refunds?
No, Closet Secrets does not offer refunds. We only provide exchange options in selected cases.
Q. What is the delivery timeframe within the UAE?
Most UAE orders are delivered within 1–2 working days. Delivery timings may vary slightly depending on your location and the courier schedule. Customers will usually receive a confirmation call before delivery, so we kindly request that you answer the call to avoid delays.
Q. Is registration necessary to shop at Closet Secrets?
No, registration is not mandatory. You can easily place your order as a guest.
